Product Description
A low odor, 100% solids, two-component, structural epoxy designed for use in anchoring threaded rod, bolts, reinforcing bars and smooth dowels in solid wood.
A thixotropic, amine based adhesive that exhibits excellent adhesion and fast setting characteristics. It can be used vertically, horizontally or with anchoring.

Application Instructions
- Surface should be prepared by using conventional cleaning methods. The surface should be free of loose materials, paints, sealants or oils. Use #20 solvent to remove oils and dirt.
- Cut static mixer tip to second notch, making sure the opening is obstruction free. Remove cap and plugs from cartridge.
- Place static mixer over cartridge and tighten nut. Load into dispensing gun.
- Dispense and discard a bead of material until color is uniform before use.
- Do not over or under mix. Blend components mechanically until streaking is eliminated. Dispense promptly after mixing.
Storage and Handling
Exposure to low temperatures will cause thickening and temporary cloudiness. This product should be stored and conditioned between 70-80º F (21-27º C) to assure optimum workability. Heating of the material is required to achieve original consistency. Do not expose closed containers to extreme heat. May rupture due to buildup of pressure. Call PRG, Inc. for instructions.
DANGER (corrosive)
May cause skin and eye burns. Harmful if swallowed or if absorbed through skin. May cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Do not get in eyes, skin or clothing. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Keep container closed. Wash thoroughly after handling.
