This product enables the user to take moisture readings at a pre-set depth beneath the surface, and to take many moisture readings quickly and effortlessly, when compared with conventional hammer electrodes.

The Telescopic Hammer Electrode incorporates novel features that benefit professionals involved with quality control of timber. It enables the user to drive the electrode needles into wood with just a few stokes. This feature reduces the overall dimensions of the product, reduces user fatigue and speeds up the moisture test procedure.

The product incorporates a depth gauge that is adjusted by means of a spring-loaded ratchet. In an instant, the user can set the depth of measurement from zero to 30mm in increments of 2mm.
