RTM-2000™

Temperature/Humidity Recorder
(RENTALS ONLY)

-------

The RTM2000 has two remote sensors, one is to record the ambient air temperature and humidity, and the other records a surface temperature. This unit can be synchronized with other units to record simultaneously throughout a structure (you only need to purchase software for one unit). Using this setup, along with noting site conditions (such as relationship of sun, opening doors, visitors, running of HVAC, etc) it is possible to understand the effects of humidity and temperature on many spaces and materials. Long leads on sensors makes possible the monitoring of micro-climate situations such as behind a painting, in a cupboard, in a statue, etc. where size and access is a problem.

This battery-powered, field-ready, portable recorder is engineered to never lose its memory. A special lithium battery maintains power to its memory circuits, the RTM2000 can protect its valuable information for up to two years after a power loss.

Data collected can be downloaded from solid-state memory directly to personal computers for review and analysis using the menu driven RTM2000 Software and an RS-232-C data link. The data can then be viewed or printed in graph or table form. The data can also be transferred to other programs by way of ASCII file.

Monitors With Precision: The Ryan RTM2000 monitors and records temperatures and humidity levels. The RTM2000 can take up to 5,419 samples per channel, programmable rates, staying on the job for up to 1,095 days. The standard sensor handles a broad variety of applications, interchangeable sensors are available for operation in virtually any environment.

Download Right Into Your PC You don't need to take it off-site - you can download the RTM2000's data right in the field using your portable laptop or notebook computer, or datalogger. Or you can simply transfer the data from RTM2000 directly from its built-in RS-232C interface to your desktop, PC-compatible computer at a blazing 9600 baud transfer rate. Then, the easy-to-use, menu-driven software included with the RTM2000, lets you do detailed studies of the captured information. The software's powerful on-screen graphics capabilities help speed study and analysis.

Ryan recorders are hard at work in transportation, storage, environmental studies, HVAC energy audits, priceless museum exhibits, and wherever else environmental parameters must be recorded. The RTM2000 provides a cost-effective solution for hundreds of different applications.
