PRICES: Prices listed are generally current. However, PRG reserves the right to discontinue items and change prices without notice. If you require a price change notice prior to shipment, please specify this upon placing your order. Feel free to write, fax, or call for current prices on specific items. All prices listed must be paid in USA Dollars.

PLACING AN ORDER: Orders are accepted by mail, telephone or fax. Pre-payment must accompany all orders. Government purchase orders are accepted. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and VISA. If the order is to be sent C.O.D., there is an additional $6.00 charge imposed by UPS.

Hours of Operation: Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING: Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are usually shipped within three days of receipt of your order. Orders that require special handling, such as rush service, will require a $15 Special Handling Fee in addition to the shipping costs. We ship UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping are available. Please call for a shipping and handling quote if you are mailing a check.

VIRGINIA SALES TAX: We are required to collect 4.5% Sales Tax on all orders that are shipped to a Virginia address. If your order is being shipped to a Virginia address and you have a tax-exempt number, be sure to have that number available when placing your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and merchandise for damage. List any damage on the carrier's receipt and follow the carrier's instructions. First report any damage to the carrier and then to PRG as soon as possible. Be sure to leave damaged items in the original packaging for the carriers inspection.

RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, please call for authorization and instructions. Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date and must be received in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable. If the item you ordered is not functioning properly when you receive it, we will repair, replace, or exchange it at no charge provided we are notified immediately after you receive it.
