placing orders with PRG. If after

PRICES: PRG reserves the right to discontinue items
and change prices without notice. If you
require a price change notice prior to shipment, please notify us upon placing your order. Feel free to call
800-774-7891 for current prices on specific items. All orders must be paid in USA Dollars.
PLACING AN ORDER: Orders are accepted through the PRGinc.com
website or by mail, telephone, fax. Pre-payment must accompany all orders. Government purchase orders are accepted. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
When placing an order with a
credit card, please provide the credit card ownership address. This is the address that the credit card
statement is mailed to by the credit card company.
For larger orders, please contact us for pricing.
Non USA customers please contact PRG to place an order. We can provide shipping and payment information. PRG cannot accept credit cards from non USA addresses. The purchaser is responsible for advising PRG
of any customs regulations pertaining to the order and for supplying all proper
customs declaration forms (except for Canada) with the order. Both order and forms must be in English or
accompanied by a translation.
Returned checks will be
assessed a $35.00 fee.
SHIPPING: We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before noon usually ship the same day, or the next business day. However, processing may take longer for
various reasons, including out of stock items. Orders that require special handling, such as
same day shipping, may require a $15 Special Handling Charge in addition to
the shipping costs. We ship UPS Ground
Service unless requested otherwise. UPS Next
Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping is available. If you wish same day shipping, Next Day Air or Second Day Air, please
call early in the day to confirm availability, then place your order online immediately. Please provide a street or
highway address for shipments. There is
an additional charge for “Address Correction” imposed by UPS if a street
address needs to be found that is associated with a post office box. If an address cannot be found, your order
will be delayed.
VIRGINIA SALES TAX: We are required to collect 6% Sales Tax on
all orders that are shipped to a Virginia address. If your order is being shipped to a Virginia
address and you are tax exempt, be sure to provide a completed and signed Form
ST-10 with your order. (Virginia Department
of Taxation Form ST-10 Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption).
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Before you sign for any package, carefully
inspect the package and merchandise it contains for damage. List any damage on the carrier’s receipt and
follow the carrier’s instructions. First
report any damage to the carrier and then to us as soon as possible. Be sure to leave damaged items in the
original packaging for the carrier's inspection.
RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, please call
800-774-7891 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. If the item you ordered is not functioning
properly when you receive it, we will repair, replace, or exchange it at no
charge provided we are notified immediately after you receive it. Other returns must be made within 30 days of
the shipping date on original invoice. Once we have received the returned item in resellable condition, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment (check or credit card). A
20% restocking fee may be charged.
